Our new client / billing portal is now LIVE and Online at:

For the past few months we have been hard at work Rebuilding our client portal, the new platform will provide you with a clean and clear interface with access to support, account and billing upgraded and improved more intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) - Along with a more secure and managed 24x7 by our global team. Our new platform is hosted within secure Amazon AWS data centers for global reach and redundancy.

Over time we will also have your hosting access information for control panel access for our internet services and products.

Data Migration is now complete. However, you will need to RESET your password and add your charge card information. Our new portal will allow us to be PCI Compliant. And thus the need for you our clients to Re-Enter your charge card info. (Login > Top Menu "BILLING" and Drop Down menu to "EDIT PAYMENT METHOD"

Please bookmark and access your Accounting, Billing and Support Portal here: > then click Login (top right)

1) Click Forgot Password - this will send you a confirmation email, click the link in the email
1a) This will send another email with your newly created password, for which we suggest you change once your logged in.

2) If you need help, there is a tab on the left side of the screen called Support (black tab) you may also from the main page click "Submit an Issue"

3) If we are online, there will be a bottom right corner "Questions? Start a Chat" black tab.
